Stem Cells Treatment - Are they for real?

I was over at my girlfriend's chic boutique trying out some new close for the KL Fashion Weekend happening next week with a few other girls that happen to be there at the same time when this interesting topic of Stem Cells suddenly popped up. One of the ladies was considering to do stem cells but was not so convinced as the price is exorbitant and the person explaining the product doesn't even have any medical background.

This is a common scenario in Malaysia where more and more people are selling so called stem cell treatments that seem to be the cure for every single disease in the body ranging from consumables to injection form, promising eternal youth. Apparently it is more of an Asian trend compared to other parts of the world where they are more skeptic on whether the product is real.

Why is this obsession in stem cells? Well basically, being in a society where outlook is very important, many believe that stem cells can help improve your appearance and make you live longer. There are many research done in stem cells and a lot of the testing done shows really good outcomes, with the reproduction of cells such as neural cells, NK killer cells, skin, cartilage and also heart muscle. Yes, the technology is out there definitely and more and more people had benefit in these novelty treatments.

However, these are really high grade, laboratories of the most stringent manners in terms of harvesting, culturing, magnifying, enhancing and storing which definitely will not come cheap. The lab itself requires thousands to be maintained monthly to adhere to the stringent quality control standards and the hiring of specialized, well trained and experienced scientists is also a bomb to cost.

Which actually makes me wonder, how can people believe in over the counter so called 'stem cells' products promising anything from flawless skin to longevity. If the quality is what it claims, the price shown would be incredibly cheap and ridiculous. And yet, many fall for these stem cell products and they are mushrooming everywhere. The best part is some products sell stem cells, stating that the product is from the stem of a plant (yeah, how low can your marketing gimmick go?) but at least they are honest enough to mention it on their package.

Then you have the MLM companies parading stem cell promises to their members and buyers and you get tablets from sheep, deer and whatever animal they can get their hands on. These sign ups are not cheap and on top of having to recruit more people in, you still need to maintain a monthly of few hundreds to few thousands.

The worst part is the source. Many claim to be from either Germany or Switzerland but sometimes it is hard to be positively sure. Many of the over the counter supplements are written as Swiss formula, which means the recipe is swiss, but it could be manufactured elsewhere.

My personal take on it? As far as stem cell research and technologies, yes, the advancement is pretty much fascinating. But the high cost laboratories and technical expertise means that it is not a cheap technology to begin with. Supplements that come in the box are mainly extracts of the real thing combined with other supplements to make it more efficient. Depending on the quality, the extract percentage can range from below 1% to perhaps 30-50% of the capsule. I have tried a few on the market and my personal favourite is Celebre placenta capsules because of how fast it makes my skin glow and become soft, and that I do not get any break out nearing my menstrual cycle. Others I have tried takes more than 2 weeks to work and usually affects my menstruation. As for over the counter products, I really err on the side of caution because twice I tested placental products from different brands and it caused excessive weight gain.

In terms of IV or IM injections, there are a few different types of cell preparations. The cheapest form are the extracts, whether from placenta, fetus or specific organs . These are not live cells, just extracts usually taken from the whole soup after the live cells and lipoproteins are taken out. Then you have the lyophilized form of stem cells, which are air dried cells which has more DNA content as compared to the extracts. And the most expensive are the cryocells, which are live cells in the millions based on which organ specified. However, all these lines are mainly from animals such as sheep, rabbits, deer etc.

In terms of human cells, we have started on mesenchymal human cell cultures. Many claim it to be better than animal cells but with one major limitation. It only divides into mesenchymal type cells i.e. muscle, cartilage, bone, blood and some connective tissue. Re-enhancement is required for differentiation into other cells such as neuronal cells or NK (natural killer) Cells.

So, who to take and which one to take? If you are looking for soft glowing skin or have a few deranged parameters on your regular blood test, the extracts would do wonders in transforming your skin and optimizing your organs. You can choose to consume the supplements or do the injections. You will need to consume regularly for pills at least for 3 months for the effects to last. I sometimes recommend my patients to take daily for 3 months, then alternate every other day to save on the cost. For those who do not fancy swallowing a big capsule in the morning, you can go for the weekly injections usually between a 6-8 weeks course. The effects are faster than consuming daily, and you can have a lasting effect between 6-12 months. (Some even more, but it really depends on lifestyle). For those who have damaged organs or severe diseases like ischaemic heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, etc. Then you have no choice but to go with cryocell types specifically to the organ in question. There are specific protocols based on the patient's problems and different organ cell cultures are made and sent in cryo. Even for cancer patients, depending on the stage, there is a possibility of NK cells culturing to aid the immune system to fight the cancer but all of this require proper consultation, evaluation of the patient's condition and investigations, or treatments done. The stem cells do not offer 100% cure but there have been cases where there is a marked improvement especially in the quality of life that allows the patient to sort out their last requests. There are also some success stories on autistic children, where improvement of the child's focus and behaviour is seen as early as 1 month post treatment. Cryocells innoculation whether animal or human source usually requires a repeat treatment after 1-2 years depending on the condition.

If money is not an issue, and you just wish to try out an alternative method of treatment, stem cells may provide some solutions to the patient. A proper clinical assessment and counselling needs to be done to manage expectations because despite the high price tag, it is not a all-in-one cure.

Pearl Fair Complexion with Lucent

I'm reposting this blog from my other blog since some of my subscribers complained saying that I don't write anymore. I do. But in a different blog. So to be fair to my readers, I will be pasting the blogs from the other site to here so that you won't miss them.

Practising medical aesthetics for the past 8 years have made me realize how much the society looks for alternatives for smooth fair and glowing skin. Personally, I've never really been into the super fair look, I love my olive tan skin.  However, part of being a good doctor is understanding patients wants and needs. Being as fair as snow white is one of them.

XL

So why are Asians especially in the East obsessed with being fair? Although many would think that it was due to the caucasian influence of Hollywood and blonde actresses, its actually more of social stature. In the past, the tanner you are shows that you are of the peasant group working int he fields or hard labour. Fairer people tend to be more indoors, hence believed to be of higher stature. During the Han dynasty in China, a beautiful woman is defined by pale white pearl-like skin usually seen in the palace concubines. In today's world, despite the lack of social class differentiation by occupation, there is still a strong sense of social class interpretation by just looking at a person's skin. This is why whitening products and make up is so popular in this part of the world.

I have had my share of experience trying out whitening products in the market from IV injections to creams to even oral supplements. To a certain extent, each and every product does have its pros. Products that fail to do much usually, I would feedback to the maker, because I am really not into writing bad reviews. My prophet once said, if you have nothing good to say, say nothing.

Today, I am going to tell about a new whitening supplement int he market. To be honest, I was asked to sample this product since last year, and it gave really good results, but they were having delays with packaging and getting the product in. It is a whitening tablet called Lucent. If you have read my previous blog reviews, there is a similar product called Crystal Tomato which I also liked.

Lucent is produced by another company with similar ingredients and an added touch. Each box comes in 60 tablets of 400mg pills containing lutein extracts from tomatoes, vitamin c, glutathione and coenzyme q10. It promises more luminant skin within a few weeks consuming.

L

So what's the verdict? I took 2 boxes of Lucent.Initially I took 1 tablet in the morning and 1 at night both on empty stomach. The pills were the size of a panadol actifast, and it was easy to swallow. It was not bitter to taste. During this period I stopped every other supplement I was on including my vitamins. My assistant noticed my skin looking brighter after 7 days of taking 2 tablets daily. After the second week, I also noticed some of my pigmentation have lightened and my skin tone looked more even. I became a bit more adventurous and took 2 tablets in the morning and 2 at night and within 3 days, my skin became a tone lighter. I continued for a week more then went back to 1 tablet morning and 1 tablet night time. After the 1st 90 tablets (6 weeks), I decided to put myself on maintenance, i.e. 1 tablet on the morning for the remaining 30. The fairness continued until I finished and subsequently for the next 2 weeks, when I started to notice the effects diminishing. But for what it's worth even on only 2 boxes I had a continuous brightening of almost 4 months.

According to my suppliers, the recommendation is to take 2 boxes 2 times daily (2 months) and then maintain a tablet a day for the next 4 months (which technically is only another 2 boxes). You can also opt to continue the supplement to maintain your skin fairness and it is also a good oral sunblock.

Benefits:
1. Skin brightening and fairness as early as 7 days.
2. Acts as a oral sunblock to protect from UV rays.
3. Lightens existing pigmentation as early as 4 weeks.
4. You can take more to hasten effects without any major side effects.
5. During maintenance, 1 box will last you 2 months so it can be more economical.
6. Avoids the hassle of frequent IV injections that can cause pain, or if not careful vein
    injuries and hardening.
7. Long lasting effects even after stopping the supplement.
8. It is a supplement not a drug. So far, there is no adverse reaction to the product to any of
    the vital organs.
9. It supplements other whitening treatments undergone, thus giving a more lasting effect.
10. Perhaps a complete must have for PIH (post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation) prone
skin to have in their daily routine to avoid PIH and lessen the duration of previous PIH
scars. In fact, it reduces post procedural PIH incidences of patients undergoing other
aesthetic procedures like chemical peeling and lasers.

Cons:
1. You need to be consistent to take the tablets to have the results.
2. You will only lighten to maybe 2 tones than your fairest part of your body (non-sun
    exposed area)
3. You will need to keep the supplement in the fridge, since the high vitamin C content makes
it oxidize easier and changes the pill colour to yellow. However, even if the pills change
colour the efficacy of the results remain the same.

So how much is this superb whitening supplement? Market price is between RM 550 - RM 650 for a box of 60 tablets inclusive of GST. At the moment, as a sneak preview, we are selling this awesome product for RM 450 a box for the month of December only. Take a whole course of 4 boxes and get each box for RM 400 only. Yes, GST included. Limited time only till 31st December.

Its All About the C's

Its the start of spring and we are entering the second quarter of the year. Busy schedules and a lot of hard work for most of us due to the current economic slow down that is happening worldwide. In the hustle and bustle of keeping up with the rat race, it is really important to keep our health intact to meet up with our expectations. So for the next couple of weeks, I will be explaining about vitamins, minerals and supplements required for the body to function better.

Let's start with the big C. Vitamin C is a very important nutrient for our body. Humans are the only mammals in the world that does not produce their own vitamin C. Other animals produce C's internally and it plays a major role in their immune system and survival. Because of this, we need to consume vitamin C's on a regular basis to keep our stores up.

In humans, the benefits of vitamin C has been established more and more. It is involved in the formation of certain proteins to make skin, bones, cartilage and blood vessels. It is also useful in wound healing and formation of scar tissue, repair and maintenance of bones, cartilage and teeth, and it also aids iron absorption.

It also plays a strong role in aiding the immune system and helps alleviate colds, flus and otehr viral illnesses. Historically, it was used to avoid scurvy but nowadays, this problem is relatively rare due to reduced long sea travels. It is also used to maintain gum health, treatment of acne, treatment of bronchitis, H. pylori bacter related stomach ulcers, control of HIV, treat tuberculosis, dysentry, skin infections and help in curing infections of the bladder and prostate.

Recent studies also shown the benefits of Vitamin C in relation to brain functions. It helps reduce depression, Alzheimer's disease, reduce physical and mental stress, improve concentration, improve ADHD and reduce fatigue. It has also shown in a study recently that it reduces heart rate during exercise and reduces the perception of fatigue and exertion.

Latest studies also show that it aids in heart disease and diabetes by improving endothelial functions and reducing inflammation thus improving the outcome. However, you will need to take more than 500mg daily in order to see the benefits. With improved endothelial functions, there is a reduced risk of artherosclerotic disease which is involved in stroke and heart disease.

Other benefits of Vitamin include improves glaucoma, prevent cataracts, prevent gall bladder disease, relieves constipation, improves dental caries, improves Lyme disease, helps with heat stroke, hay fever, asthma, cyctic fibrosis, infertility, chronic fatigue syndrome, autism, collagen disorders, arthritis and bursitis, back pain and disc swellings and improves osteoporosis.

High doses of vitamin c has also been used in alternative cancer treatments and as adjuncts to chemotherapy to reduce chemotoxic effects and has shown to improve patient outcomes. It is also an anti-aging supplement that helps reduce signs on aging, whether applied topically, consumed or given IV.

The next popular question that I normally get is how to take the vitamin. Well, for skin problems, the best is to apply topically. If you can get a 'medical grade' vitamin C more than 20% concentration it would definitely benefit your skin by reducing wrinkles after 6 weeks of diligient bidaily application of serum. If you notice I purposely highlighted medical grade, because a lot of cosmetic skin care claim to have more than 20% vitamin C inside their products but in actual fact, when you test them most don't even hit 10%. Sometimes, they put 20% concentration prior to manufacturing and after processing, the vitamin C being a water soluble vitamin, the percentage reduces. If you want to try a good medical grade Vitamin C serum, we do carry a few brands.

The next easiest method is to consume orally. However, most people do not realize that the gut can only absorb 600mg of Vitamin C per 4-6 hours and this also depends on how good your digestive system is. Most Malaysians have really bad digestive system due to diets high in fats and carbohydrate and lack of fiber. We also have a lot of irritable bowel syndromes and leaky gut syndromes which causes poor absorption in the gut. Now with our hair profiler system, we can screen for leaky gut syndrome and improve your gut health with just a simple test. The other issue with concuming orally is the form of vitamin C that you are consuming. Some believe L-ascorbate is the best form to take, the clinical data on it is scarce. And at the end of the day, how much vitamin C can the body actually absorb in a day? Maybe 2 grams. However, really high doses of vitamin C taken orally can cause nausea, diarhoea and abdominal discomfort.

Some medical practitioners advocate intravenous vitamin C in high doses for immune curve shifting. This is to avoid gut wastage of the C's and deliver accurate high doses. The idea has been used for many years in treating people with cancer and severe immune problems and now some are advocating as an anti-aging regime. Personally, I did try 10gms of vitamin C over 30 minutes with a combination of glutathione 600mg, ALA and B Complexes. The infusion was a little bit uncomfortable despite being diluted with normal saline, and I felt stiff in the arm during the infusion process. Immediate effect for me was actually lethargy but I noticed improvements in my skin tone, pigmentation and feel. Immune wise, I guess I improved, because my sinuses improved without needing antibiotics. However, one off therapy wouldn't be sufficient and usually you will need a course to achieve a good concentration. Being water soluble, the vitamin gets excreted out by 3-7 days. However, the high dose concentration for a few hours is what gives the body that extra boost to jumpstart the immune system.

Regardless, if you are unsure or planning to start high dose vitamin C regimes, please consult a medical practitioner that is well verse in the indications, contra indications and side effects. There are some contra indications to the use of high dose vitamin C that you will need to discuss with your doctor to ensure it is safe for you.

3 Strands of Hair is All You Need..... Hair Profiler

It is so amazing what technologies can do for us today. I came across this technology a year ago when I was doing a training at my friend's center for thread lifts. It was a semi-invasive procedure where the patient usually needed to be sedated at least to reduce pain. This was when I met the wonderful Dr Radha who introduced me to this new technology from Germany. A hair profiler using Tesla technology that can help scan the hair and read out the information contained in the hair root.

Initially I was skeptic, but when he explained about how it was done I was excited. In the past, the hair has been used to collect information on people with chronic exposures to certain environment conditions, toxic metals and also it was already used to detect mineral deficiency. And here is a small device that is hooked to a computer and has the capability to do the same in a few minutes. The best part, the analyzed sample is then sent immediately to a server in Germany, and thus you will receive your information in 15-20 minutes.

It took us almost a year to understand the true potential of this device. There was a lot of clinical correlation that had to be used to understand what was going on with the patient. Yes, just by reading the results chart we may be able to understand the deficiencies mention and what to avoid, but sometimes the solution is not just to supplement and avoid, but a more sinister problem that needs further investigations and a few other lifestyle adjustments. You see, the question wasn't about what deficiency you have and what to take, but rather, why were you having this deficiency in the first place? Was it due to nutrition intake, or was it due to a poor absorbing bowel also termed leaky gut, or are your other systems having a pathological disease (or going towards having) that is exhausting your stores? Because of all these questions, continuous doctor training was implemented to teach the doctors how to interpret the results more accurately and save lives.

For the patient, it actually gives you more information than doing a blood test. With just 3 strands of hair, we can see nutrient deficiencies for the past 3-6 months, exposures to toxic metals, radiation exposures and also other information that you will not pick up from a blood test. A blood test only gives you the now reading, except for the very few like HBA1c that shows a 3 months picture. To do a blood test for every parameter tested it would cost you a few thousand ringgit, but to do this test its only a few hundred. The main value of doing this test is to get a doctor who is able to intepret and correlate clinically based on the results given, lest it will just be another deficiency avoidance supplementation.

So instead of having to swallow so many different types of vitamins and supplements, at least you know what you really need for your body. The report also comes with some dietary advices that encourages you to take real food instead of pills.

You also get a PDF version of the report that you can read through and understand with some suggestions of dietary changes to make to supplement the deficient nutrients. This is how my report looks like :

Pretty cool huh? It simple, non-invasive and easy. And now I know what type of food or supplements I need to optimize myself.

Célebre - Aphrodite's secret potion leaked out....

Finally, I have some quiet time to sit and write my blog. I have this issue of requiring a wide open space to write, ideally with trees, a breeze and natural sunlight. Mornings are the best, after my little minions are sent off to school. Being unwell since Chinese New Year which makes it close to a month now, a lot of my activities have been limited. Although some people may feel that its bad, I actually find peace in my inability to speak much and keeping silent. A silent mind brings forth fresh ideas, and it helps rationale things better. Oh yeah, I am actually enjoying the voice rest, I have a good excuse not to call people or pick up the phone.

Anyway, let's talk about Célebre. Célebre is the name of a Company in Geneva that specialises solely in Cell Therapy and advanced anti-aging specialties. Its team comprises of their own medical doctors, stem cell therapy consultants, researchers, chemists, biotechies and developers to create their own line of 'stem cell' products. The team has been around for quite awhile but this line of product was only introduced in 2012.

So why are the Europeans so hyped up about cell therapy and stem cells? The idea of stem cells as a form of alternative healing for humans began as early as 1931 where Dr Paul Niehans, a swiss doctor amazed the conventional world by saving a woman with her parathyroid glands accidentally removed during thyroid surgery. He took parathyroid glands from a sheep, crushed them, diluted with saline and reinjected the concoction into the surgical area. The woman survived, without much complications. He was also said to have treated a lot of celebrities with an amazing stunt of allowing an 80 year old an to impregnate his wife for their last child. In 1954, he was called to the aid of Pope Pious XII who was dying. The poor Pope was in critical state with only glucose infusion as he cannot tolerate any food or water. For 2 months, he nursed the Pope and within a few weeks he was able to tolerate orally and his power regained. Hence why the Anti-Aging Medicine world dubbs Dr Paul Niehans as the Father of Stem Cells. Even in the older days he managed to heal and prolong life, makes you wonder what more can he do with today's technology? Regardless, such extreme treatments received a lot of criticism from the medical world and professionals especially with the cost of treatments which are somewhat excessive.

I am a believer of stem cell therapies, but I am very skeptic as many parties try to take an idea, try to duplicate at a lesser cost (hence reduces quality, efficacy, dosing etc) and then mass promote with an extreme marketing gimmick. So hence my approach to Celebré was also very skeptic. So what better way to find out rather than try it myself. (And no, the Company did not sponsor the placenta supplements). What I am bound to write are the effects based on my own experience consuming this supplement, it may differ from individual to individual.

So I decided to test out the oral sheep placenta capsules. I have been trying a few brands over the years, but I guess this one did catch me by surprise. It comes in a standard box of 30 soft capsules. It is quite big, but swallowable. The good thing is the absence of any after taste that you get with some other supplements. It has a slight scent, but not smelly. I take one every morning on an empty stomach. I always take my supplements ideally on an empty stomach, because only then the best absorption occurs. For something this expensive, I'd want it to absorb as much.

The first week, I did not feel much difference. I was a little bit sleepier the first couple of days, but subsequently resolved. My energy level remained the same, and so was my appetite. But after consuming more than 7 days, I started noticing my skin texture feels softer, by the end of the second week, it felt as soft as my little girl. Even my staff noticed. My skin appeared to glow. It was cool. After the first box, I did notice some of my pigmentation appeared lightened. The skin remained soft. I guess this placenta focuses more on skin health rather than anything else.
After the first box, my skin looked so healthy that people started to ask me what have I been doing. I didn't even need to apply much lotion, my skin kept hydrated.

The most question I get when I tell them I am on placenta supplements is about menses cycle and break outs. I have to admit, the first month I had more breakouts than usual and more menses pains compared to usual. But towards the second month, the breakouts lessen, and I was without much menses pain. I guess, it does affect your hormones as well. Another question people do ask me is about how hot do I feel taking the supplement? Compared to other supplements, I would say it is tolerable. I think I sweat a bit more, and probably feels warmer to touch compared to when I am off it, but its not as bad as consuming deer placenta (super heaty).

So I've taken myself of the capsules for a bit, just to observe the effects. My skin remained super soft and hydrated for a good 2 weeks after stopping, and even now, although I feel that it can be softer, I feel that it was much better than before. According to their protocol, they advise to take 3 months directly then subsequently maintain by consuming two to three times a week. A box of celebré costs RM 880 for a months supply of 30 tablets. I'm waiting to restart on my 3rd box and then maintain.

This brand also comes in IM forms of placenta extracts, fetal extracts, fresh frozen cells, and they even have a Vegetal extract. However, as you guessed the products are in their thousands, and it is a science which many still argue about till today. Still, I have seen some people on the direct innoculation forms, and have seen how much it has kept them un-aged. Personally, I would subject myself to these alternative treatments once I start to feel my changed healthy lifestyle unable to ward off the signs of aging.

For the record, I do not smoke. I sleep early. I do not consume any form of alcohol and I am on a low to no sugar diet daily. I also exercise daily and do not take preserved foods, MSG and other chemically infested food products. I wear sunblock religiously and I drink at least 3 litres of water daily. So, your results may vary with what I have experienced. Lifestyle plays a very important role for skin health. The supplements will help, but for the best results, you will be required to do a few life style modifications. It is not just for placenta but other supplements as well like vitamin C, glutathione etc etc.

Caviarlieri - Supplements for vitality.

A lot of people ask me about stem cells and placenta supplements and whether it is worth taking. I think that the word 'stem cells' has been overly used that it confuses a lot of people including doctors. According to wikipedia:

'Stem cells are biological cells found in all multicellular organisms, that can divide (through mitosis) and differentiate into diverse specialized cell types and can self-renew to produce more stem cells. In mammals, there are two broad types of stem cells: embryonic stem cells, which are isolated from the inner cell mass of blastocysts, and adult stem cells, which are found in various tissues. In adult organisms, stem cells and progenitor cells act as a repair system for the body, replenishing adult tissues. In a developing embryo, stem cells can differentiate into all the specialized cells, but also maintain the normal turnover of regenerative organs, such as blood, skin, or intestinal tissues.'

Oral supplements which claim to be stem cells are not stem cells but are rather supplements. But depending on the bioavailability of the supplements to the body and the concentrations, thus will give varying effects despite the component being the same. Which is why I am very skeptical about the efficacy of supplements claiming to be stem cells.

I was approached by Caviarlierli's people 3 months ago during the start of the fasting month. Caviarlieri is a new type of supplement which contains DNA from marine source i.e. expensive caviar from sturgeon fish and collagen from salmon and the sturgeon. Produced from perhaps the only lab with the recognized technology for extraction of DNA and creation of high quality stem cells in Switzerland, it comes in an interesting box sealed neatly. The accreditations were printed on the box, with a Halal certification from Singapore. Still being skeptical, I asked for the internal clinical studies done on the product and the results from the studies were promising. Prior to this, most stem cells were derived from either human or animal source, mainly from the placenta or the yolk cells. Despite its benefit, a lot of questions arise on the products as whether they contain any hormones since there are some results suggesting it does although there were no statements from the producing companies. Another issue was for Muslims and people who do not take red meat, some feel that it is not okay to consume or take placenta supplements due to beliefs.

The only downside of this product is that because it is made out of fish collagen, people allergic to fish is an absolute contraindication. In US, 2.4% of the whole population is allergic to seafood in general. In Malaysia, there is no statistics on allergies published but I believe it would be somewhere around 1% at least.

I'm already at my 3rd box and I would say that it would be a really good supplement if you can afford it. (Yes, the price is pretty expensive approximately USD$400/box). Certain changes I noticed after starting on the supplements:
  • Initial 1st week I was so sleepy and slept more but after the 5th day, the sleepiness disappeared and I found that I was pretty hyper.
  • I had more energy in the morning and I was able to sleep late and wake up the next day fresh.
  • I slept better at night with less waking up.
  • My appetite improved, and I found that the 1st month I think I gained a few pounds, but subsequently the weight reduced.
  • After the 1st box, people started to notice my skin appears to glow, and it feels softer. My girls were the first to tell me.
  • I also noticed my hair growing more and faster. I use to have thinning hair on my head, but after 2 weeks my hair felt heavier. Even my eyebrows grew faster. Initially I thought I was just imagining things but after a visit to my hairdresser, he reconfirmed that I had better volume.
  • I noticed after 1 month, my nasolabial lines have improved without using fillers, Radiofrequency or BTA.
  • The appearance of my cellulite has also improved dramatically without any procedures done at the area.
  • I have less sinus problems. I recover from illness pretty fast compared to when I wasn't on it.
  • I have less PMS symptoms and although initially my menses was delayed for a week. Subsequently it remained the same.
  • It elevates your mood so that you feel less stressed and happier.
  • What it doesn't do is avoid you from getting illnesses, so you can still fall sick. If you have PIH or post-inflammatory pigmentation like me, it still remains but maybe lightens faster. You may have a lighter skin tone, but don't expect to be extremely fair.
The listed benefits of Caviarlieri are as follows:
  • Reversing the degeneration of aging and age-related conditions like arthritis, chronic fatigue, asthma, degenerative brain disease and osteoporosis.
  • Strengthening the body's immune system.
  • Substantially increases energy and stamina.
  • Increases sexual desire and performance.
  • Increases sexual satisfaction and elevates mood.
  • Delaying premenopausal symptoms and delays menopause.
  • Improvement of mental concentration and alertness.
  • Substantial reduction in joint pains.
  • Lowers glycemic index and thus leading to weight loss.
  • Visible increase in radiance and glow of skin.
  • Reduces appearance of lines and wrinkles significantly.
  • Prevents macular degeneration.
For more info about this product you can visit http://www.swisscaviarlieri.com
I would recommend this supplement to anyone who can afford it, ideally those with chronic diseases like diabetes and hypertension to help control the disease better. The ideal is to take continuously but for those who wants to try, at least 3 months for best results.
